Stroud Talent does not charge any joining fees. Like every agent we take commission on all jobs booked by our clients. Our commission rate is in line with the industry standard and is reviewed regularly.

However to give actors the best chance of getting booked for jobs there are some other costs involved. You will need to become a member of Spotlight. Spotlight is a casting website which allows your child to be submitted to casting directors for upcoming auditions. Most casting offices usually find the talent they need exclusively on Spotlight without needing to look any further. Because of this we require our clients to pay for a listing in Spotlight. This currently costs £106 per year and this fee is paid directly to Spotlight.

We also require you to have professional headshots taken by a photographer. We are happy to guide you and recommend some brilliant industry photographers.

Ages 6-18 years

If you are successful at our auditions and offered a place on our books you will be sent a contract to read and sign out lining our terms and conditions and explaining our commission rates etc.

Stroud Talent must be your sole agent and we require you to direct any work offers to us. This is because we run our practice in appliance with Children's Performance Legislation and Guidance England and we need to make sure the work your child is offered follows the same practice and that the correct fees are paid. Having control over all audition submissions and job offers also allows us to guide your child's career in the right direction
